Strengthening our signalling team further, we are delighted to welcome Craig Gelder to the Linbrooke family!
With a career spanning 20 years in rail, both nationally and internationally, Craig has significant experience in signalling systems including ERTMS, Microlok, Microtrac, Grade Crossing Predictors, Solid State Interlocking, Route Relay Interlocking, CBI Interlocking, Geographical interlocking and Westplex remote control and Mechanical detection systems.
Craig also has substantial technical knowledge and experience in Fibre Optic and Copper Data Systems including design and development, installation, test and commission of networked interlocking for Transportation Signalling Systems/ IT /Telecom, copper cable assemblies with manual/automatic operation and remote access, including LAN/WAN data and equipment racking for Rail.
Joining Linbrooke as Senior Project Engineer – Signalling, Craig is working on the following projects: Laurencekirk Signal Box Life Extension Works and Minor Renewals, Abbington, Beattock & Summit 650 renewal works, Little Mill 650 renewals works, Western Power Compliance works and the Ferriby – Gilberdyke Type A re-signalling scheme – where he has knowledge of the equipment being installed and the systems integration tasks involved.
