Heaton Depot Panel Relocation – Linbrooke Services Complete their first Signalling Project

In August 2011 Linbrooke Services were approached and subsequently agreed to take over the relocation of Heaton Depot Signalling Panel for Network Rail and deliver it before the end of 2012.
