The person in this role, in conjunction with the Executive Chairman and CEO, will be responsible for helping us to reimagine the way we develop and nurture our people, our culture, our structures and our policies.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to scale our People and Talent operations across the business working together with our key internal and external stakeholders to engage, motivate and develop our people as well as attracting new talent to Linbrooke.
Serving as an advisor to the CEO and to all members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) the Head of HR will be responsible for leadership, development, coaching, employee relations, talent acquisition, stakeholder engagement, culture, organisational design and change, performance management, learning and development. The successful candidate will also oversee all of the human resources (HR) services provided on a daily basis to the business.
A brief outline of the position
Develop and implement a comprehensive people at Linbrooke strategy and strategic workforce plan that aligns with the overall mission and business objectives, resulting in innovative best practices and policies that will help build a high performing culture of quality first mindset, excellence, accountability, transparency and collaboration.
The Head of HR will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and key stakeholders within the organisation providing insight on the people and cultural impact of all strategic decisions and engaging with all aspects of the organisation. Contributing through challenge and coaching to develop strong, cohesive, talented teams, and providing insightful, innovative thinking and problem solving on critical issues.
Coach and counsel SMT in developing themselves and their teams to achieve improved performance and engagement. Influence and encourage open conversations, positive and effective development reviews for all colleagues.
Provide strategic leadership on all people & development projects: HR analytics & reporting, talent reviews, training, change management, organisational design, recruiting and retention.
Optimise the HR function, modernise and refine key processes and activities aligned toward achieving the strategic objectives of the business.
Provide the HR advice and presence as required for the formal procedures and measures such as discipline, grievance and capability.
Lead a People at Linbrooke strategy that ensures a culture of employee development, retention and attraction of exceptional talent. Oversee remuneration and reward practices to ensure salary benchmarking is conducted on a regular basis and that the business becomes a recognised employer of choice.
Working with the SMT and CEO to ensure health & wellbeing is prioritised for employees and our stakeholders.

ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
All employees must be able to speak the English language with fluency with good oral and written skills. Fluency relates to a person's language proficiency and their ability to speak with confidence and accuracy, using accurate sentence structures and vocabulary.
