PURPOSE

Linbrooke Services Ltd provide Telecommunications, Signalling, Security, Power and Civil Engineering solutions to the Rail Industry.  The Team Organiser will support the Senior Project Manager and Project Managers in the day to day execution of the East Midlands Project Portfolio.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To assist and support the Snr PM and PM’s with delivery of projects.
  • Work closely with and support the project managers to deliver projects on time, to budget and quality.
  • Assist with the execution of project periodic/weekly progress reports
  • Organise project meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange catering, as required.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, take minutes and distribute accordingly.
  • Meeting and greeting clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
  • Prepare power point presentations and disseminate accordingly
  • To act as cross portfolio administrative liaison for client

Qualifications

  • Driving License
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Database Management Systems
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn how to use Vision
