Linbrooke are delivering the UK migration of the wider project across 29 sites and is made up of 55 ROADMs (reconfigurable optical add-drop multiplexer) and 7 ILAs (line amplifier). The project also comprises of 3 subsea cable links from UK to France, Belgium and Netherlands

As part of the equipment installation, commissioning, testing and acceptance, we further provided:

• Site surveys
• Installation design package
• Installation of all Ciena materials
• Labelling of all cables, racks and shelves
• In-station commissioning tests
• Fibre characterisation of all spans prior to maintenance window migration
• End to end network testing
