Supporting multiple local authorities with street lighting projects, Linbrooke provide a turnkey solution to design and connect LED street lighting columns, replacing old and obsolete assets. Linbrooke also have ICP accreditation to deliver overhead street lighting brackets in conjunction with the DNO policies. These replacement schemes completely modernise residential street lighting. 

We also deliver new street lighting column connections on new housing developments for major house builders on various DNO and IDNO networks. Linbrooke deliver full turn key Street Lighting services including:

Project management, surveying, design, customer service, highway notifications, street work management, civil excavations, jointing, backfill & reinstatement.

We programme and project manage approximately 80 street light units across various authority areas weekly, consisting of connections, disconnections, service transfers and cut outs works on and including street lights, highway signs, bus shelters, kiosks, road traffic accident repairs and s38’s i.e. new housing and industrial & commercial developments.

We also provide LV and HV electrical infrastructure works on larger and complex street lighting projects, such as the illumination of Doncaster Cycling Track, on behalf of British Cycling. On this project we have installed and completed jointing works of over 1km of HV & LV electrical cable infrastructure, feeder pillars, high mast lighting and sub circuits into distribution boards.

We hold weekly project co-ordination meetings with several parties including; local authorities, Northern Powergrid (DNO), Network Rail, developers, customers and residents.
