We are proud to announce the establishment of our new in-house Location and REB Build Workshop in Sheffield, UK. This facility represents a significant step forward in our ability to tailor equipment specifically to each project’s requirements.
In-House Production Advantages
By bringing production in-house, Linbrooke can design equipment to meet the unique needs of each construction project. This customisation leads to greater efficiency and effectiveness when the equipment is deployed on-site, ensuring a streamlined and reliable construction process for our clients.
Success of the Eastfield Project
Our recent trial of in-house building for the Eastfield Project was a resounding success. We constructed the Type 3 REB required at a lower cost than anticipated, without compromising on quality. This success has paved the way for further investment in dedicated space for building locations and REBs.
Future Plans
On another site where we are completing Life Extension Works, we are set to build approximately 9 Locations, 1 Type 2 REB, and 1 Type 3 REB. The manufacturing design has been received, and we are now placing orders for equipment. The first stage of populating the Locations with internal bar work began on Monday, 5th August.
