We Put People First

Our unique business model gives Linbrooke the edge of enabling us to train and develop our workforce at our National Training Academy, ensuring the evolution of our employees' skill set and train next-generation resource.

Military Resettlement & Parallel Industry Integration

With strong military ties, we are renowned for our award-winning military resettlement programmes. We have supported over 200 ex-forces personnel to start a new career path with us and to integrate into civilian life.

One Planet, One Goal

We are committed to protecting the planet for future generations. Working with our clients and supply chain, we work to sustainable practices and solutions during the planning and delivery stages of our projects.

Community Sponsorship & Volunteering

It’s right that we support our people in their fundraising and volunteering efforts. Our community sponsorship fund provides an opportunity for our employees to receive up to £500 for the community team that they support. We give all employees the opportunity to take a paid volunteering day every year to give back, helping them to support their chosen cause.

We Rise By Lifting Others

Linbrooke and our #People demonstrate our commitment to the community by volunteering, supporting organisations that are close to our hearts and helping our dedicated charities.
