Accelerating Ahead - New Office in York

Linbrooke, supporting the rail signalling, communications and power sectors with the latest in connectivity & technology integration services is accelerating with the opening of its new office in York.

This strategic move to expand the existing York office builds upon Linbrooke's position as one of the leaders in signalling & telecoms technology integration within the Eastern region. Linbrooke aims to continue realising their vision of business growth and innovation.

Located within Holgate business park the new office will accommodate 60 rail engineering and design professionals post-pandemic. The new office features York railway historic theme throughout with each meeting room named after rail entrepreneurs who are renowned in the region for their achievements in the industry.

"The decision to expand our York office was a logical step in our business growth strategy" said Jason Pearce, CEO, Linbrooke. "With the recent CP6 signalling & telecoms framework award in the Eastern region, we have listened to our client. Our new offices will provide an environment for us to work together closely and allow us to deliver together better value for UK Rail and its passengers."

The lockdown provided Linbrooke with an opportunity to complete a full refurbishment of the new office unit and allowed them to move offices with minimal disruption.

"The new office in York is much closer to our biggest client, Network Rail, and will allow us to increase our collaborative working whilst being able to provide extra space and improved facilities for our personnel. I'm really looking forward to seeing it up and running with the historic York Railway theme which will make a fantastic backdrop to daily business," said Martin Wright, Managing Director, Linbrooke Rail.

“Even in these unprecedented times we are accelerating ahead. As the business continues to grow, investing in new resources is vital to ensure continued operational efficiencies, whilst maintaining the high level of customer service that our customers have come to expect.” – said Lee Hallam, Executive Chairman.
