About Linbrooke Graduate Scheme.
Mentoring
You'll be paired with a 1:1 mentor, receive support from your manager and have access to our graduate community.
How long will it take?
Our graduate programme will take approximately 2 years to complete.
Training tailored to you
Our unique program is individually tailored to target your development opening limitless opportunities to benefit you.
You will need a minimum of
2:2 degree in a related discipline, this can be predicted if you're still studying you must be able to demonstrate you are passionate to succeed in a challenging environment.

Recognition & pay
Staring with a salary of £30,000 p.a. your progression with be recognised with periodic pay reviews after completing every step of the graduate programme.
