Linbrooke Proudly Welcomes Six New Apprentices

In collaboration with Construction and Plant Assessments Ltd, we have introduced an innovative apprenticeship program tailored for aspiring individuals seeking entry into the utilities industry.

We are excited to introduce Liam Bentley, Luke Chambers, Ronan Greenwood, Arrison Chapman, Kyle Marsh and Joe Wilce as the newest additions to Linbrooke. These young & talented individuals have embarked on their journey as cable jointers, where they will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training, work towards attaining formal qualifications, and earn a wage as they progress. At Linbrooke, our foremost commitment is to actively contribute to the expansion of the talent pool within the industry, meeting the future infrastructure requirements of the UK.

We are dedicated to documenting the apprentices' development at Linbrooke in the upcoming months and will consistently provide updates on their advancements within the company.

Our apprenticeship opportunities serve as a gateway for individuals aspiring to pursue a practical and career-oriented path, creating avenues for personal and professional growth.

Dave Ball, the Managing Director of Linbrooke Power Networks, emphasised the significant role that modern apprenticeships play as a valuable pathway into the utilities industry, particularly in sectors traditionally challenging to access without prior experience.

Dave stated, "Nurturing and upskilling talent for the future development of the UK's infrastructure workforce is crucial. I am keenly observing the future career progression of the six apprentices under my team's guidance."
