ntrs are proud to have welcomed the Department For Transport (DfT), #Jacobs, #NetworkRail Telecoms and #LinbrookeServices to the #ntrs National Training Academy on Monday 20th May 2019. The purpose of the visit was to showcase telecoms technologies and discuss the Digital Railway. This formed part of a visual representation of how far technology has progressed. Attendees also received an introduction to the safety procedures for entering the rail corridor, the challenges faced within rail access planning and a live demonstration of SEI computer-based interlocking using the Ansaldo STS test bed that is within our National Training Academy. We want to thank all attendees for taking the time from your busy schedules to visit our incredible training centre. Also, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the fantastic ntrs team for your efforts in making this a memorable event.

We are delighted to announce the appointment of a new Managing Director at Linbrooke Rail

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Martin Wright, our new Managing Director at Linbrooke Rail. The role was previously held by Jason Pearce who has now been appointed as Linbrooke group CEO.

Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and years of experience of managing multi-disciplinary projects across the UK’s railway network.

When asked why Linbrooke? Martin said: Linbrooke is a top tier supplier and is quickly becoming a key player within the industry. The company has been built on a solid foundation with a lot of ambition for future growth. The management team is focussed on its people and delivers outstanding service to the client. I am looking forward to helping Linbrooke establish itself as a market leader within the Rail Sector.

Jason Pearce CEO said:

“I’m delighted to welcome Martin into the Linbrooke senior team. During the last eighteen months our rail business has evolved substantively, and following the success in the recent framework process, we expect our signalling presence and market share to continue to grow through CP6. Martin brings significant rail signalling and programme expertise, and his appointment is the natural progression for our rail business to support our clients with their CP6 plans.“
