Linbrooke has been appointed as an electricity connections preferred services provider by a leading UK housing developer Keepmoat homes. Acting as NERS accredited ICP provider we are working exclusively across the Yorkshire, Humber & Wolds region. All assets are constructed to Northern Powergrid specifications.

The works Linbrooke deliver includes the design, including DNO design approval, supply of electrical materials i.e. cabling, substation plant materials, installation and commissioning, of new HV and LV electrical infrastructure works on domestic and commercial new build sites, whilst acting as the Principle Contractor under CDM Regulation 2015.

Substations: Design, supply of electrical plant, installation, commissioning of substations, including switchgear, ring main units, UDE’s, remote monitoring units, transformers, circuit breakers, earthing, switches, LV boards, GRP or stone / brick built housing, concrete bases / plinths, protection, alarms, earthing and internal wiring.

HV Cabling: Designing and building of HV 11kV cable installation (excavation, ducting, cabling pulling, jointing, backfill & reinstatement, street work noticing, traffic and customer service management) including the on and off site works to the point of connection.

LV Cabling: LV service cable installation and connection to the home or commercial building, including cable pulling, jointing and final connection.

Street Light: Street light connections on new housing estates.
